1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sparklink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not share your account with others or use the service to impersonate another person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sparklink to:

• Upload content that is false, misleading, or that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications through the chat interface
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (uploaded content, profile data, images). By uploading content you grant Sparklink a limited licence to process and display it for the purpose of operating your portfolio page and AI chat. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. AI-Generated Responses

The AI chat agent responds based on the profile data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your profile is accurate and up to date.

6. Free and Paid Plans

The free plan is available indefinitely with the features described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sparklink is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public portfolio page is immediately unpublished.
