1. What is Sparklink?

   Sparklink is a platform that turns your content into a live, AI-powered personal brand page. Visitors can chat with an AI that knows your background, projects, and skills — all from what you've shared.

2. How long does it take to get started?

   Under 5 minutes. Upload your content, pick a tone, and your portfolio is live at sparklink.bio/{username}.

3. Do I need to know how to code?

   No. Everything is built through a simple guided wizard. No code required.

4. Is it free?

   Yes, you can create and publish your portfolio for free. No credit card required to start.

5. How does the AI know about me?

   When you upload a document or fill in your profile, we build a private knowledge base from your data. The AI uses this as its grounding context — it only answers from what you've provided.

6. Can I control what the AI says?

   Yes. You can set a tone of voice (professional, casual, bold, etc.), restrict topics the AI won't discuss, and rebuild the knowledge base at any time from your dashboard.

7. Is my data private?

   Your uploaded content is stored securely and used only to power your portfolio's AI. It is never shared with other users or sold to third parties.

8. Can I unpublish my portfolio?

   Yes. Your dashboard has a publish/unpublish toggle. When unpublished, your page returns a 404 to visitors.

9. How do I see who visited my portfolio?

   Your dashboard's Analytics tab shows view counts and chat activity over time.
